Product of Uruguay. Conaprole unsalted butter is made from pasteurized and ripened milk cream, which undergoes churning, whey draining and kneading. Finally it is packaged according to presentation.

It has a wide range of applications as an ingredient in bakery, dairy products, chocolate and food service. Portioning for direct consumption.
