ARCOS Paring knives are ideal for peeling and cutting fruits and small vegetables. The Nitrium stainless steel blade provides additional hardness, greater cutting power and improved cutting edge durability, compared with conventional Stainless Steel. The handle is made of lightweight polypropylene and is durable, hygienic, resistant to impact, abrasion, and solvents, and is dishwasher safe. Material : Stainless Steel Handle length: 10 cm

These kitchen knives are endorsed by the prestigious North American NSF (National Standard Food) certification on food safety. Knife blade is made with Nitrum technology to provide an additional hardness. Handle shields are made of polyoxymethylene (POM), a material resistant to abrasion, impact and temperatures changes. Anti-bacterial system is applied to the handle to reduce by 99.9% the presence of bacteria or fungi.
