Made in Singapore and halal-certified, our Redman Red Sugar is a processed version of our Redman Fine Sugar.
A combination of sugar, sorbitol and colouring, our red sugar is great for baked goods. It is highly refined, and this allows it to easily dissolve and mix into your recipe. It adds to a fine and smooth texture, as the small grain of this sugar allows it to be evenly whipped into your mix.
It can also be used as a finishing touch to your product.
This product is available in 200g and 5kg packs.
