This mix makes batter for pancake or waffles with a fantastic texture and delicious buckwheat flavor. Top with butter and maple syrup, switch to savory with bacon and a fried egg, or go indulgent with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Our pancake recipe is simple: just add egg, water and oil. Portion 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. To use batter for waffles, follow the instructions for your waffle iron.
