Use Redman Instant Jelly Powder as a clear and transparent gelling agent. This product is available in 1kg, 20kg and 250g sizes.
How to use
This product can be used as an instant glazing for fruit flans, tarts and pies. Mix 50-60g of instant jelly powder with 200g of sugar and 1 litre of boiling water. Stir, mix well and use immediately.
