Our Bakeway Butterscotch Cocoa Compound Chips are chocolate compound chips flavoured with butterscotch. The difference between compound and couverture chocolate is that chocolate compound uses replaces cocoa butter with vegetable oil. This provides a more economical option for chocolate creations. These chips are amazingly tasty and easy to add into any desserts.

How to use

As these chips do not change shape when exposed to heat, they can be melted on the inside but still retain their shape on the outside.
