Our Redman Bread Improver for Crusty Bread is made in Germany. It is a mix of acids and enzymes that are combined to help create a more consistent and better quality bread, with a good crust. This product is available in packets of 500g and 1kg.

How to use
This product should be added into your dough before baking to enhance the texture of the bread product, as instructed in your recipe. When the bread is sprayed with water and placed under high heat, the bread improver makes the bread's surface crispy.
