Details

Gluten Free Muesli is based on a cereal originally developed by Dr. Maximilian Bircher-Benner, a Swiss nutritionist over 100 years ago. He was ahead of his time in understanding that food is the best medicine, but he also knew that it simply wouldn‚Äôt be eaten if it wasn‚Äôt delicious. With those facts firmly in mind, he created an irresistible but healthy m?©lange of grain, fruit and nuts that his patients devoured joyfully on their way to wellness. Our fantastic Gluten Free Muesli is a tasty blend of lightly toasted gluten free rolled oats, brown rice crisps, raisins, dried apples and cranberries, sunflower seeds, almonds, roasted soy beans, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes. Unprocessed, wholesome food, as nature intended. The end result is a highly nutritious and sustaining whole grain cereal that‚Äôs addictively tasty to boot!

Here are some great ways you can add this satisfying cereal to your diet. Try it for breakfast heated like porridge or pour milk over it and eat as a cold cereal. You can also it soak overnight in yogurt to serve it up Swiss style! For a great snack, mix in some fresh berries or eat it raw straight from the bag. Gluten Free Muesli can also be used in baked goods like cookies and muffins. These are just a few of the many ways to enjoy Gluten Free Muesli. We know that even a little bit of gluten can be a big problem for those of you who have gluten sensitivities, so we ensure the integrity of our Gluten Free Muesli every step of the way. Like all our gluten free products, our Gluten Free Muesli is batch tested in our quality control laboratory using an ELISA Gluten Assay test to confirm the absence of gluten.

Please be aware that a small percentage of people cannot tolerate even the purest of oats, however. If you are unsure whether oats are suitable for your diet, please check first with your health advisor before eating them. Read more about oat sensitivity here.
