Mozuku with Shekwasha Recipe


Ingredients

100g Mozuku (frozen seaweed)

1 Shekwasha

10g Young ginger


Dipping Sauce

3 tsp Bonito Dashi Soup Stock

1&1/2 tsp Rice Vinegar

½ tsp Kochi Katsuo Flavoured Soy Sauce

½ tsp Mirin

1 tsp Ajinomoto



Method

 

1.      Wash Mozuku in cold water and drain.

2.      Slice young ginger.

3.      Make dipping sauce.

4.      Serve cold.
