Ingredient
- RedMan Dried Osmanthus Flower 12g
- RedMan Gelatin Fish Powder (200 bloom) 35g
- Sunflower Rock Sugar 180g
- Goji 7g
- Water 1000g
Directions
- Boil 1L of water, pour in Dried Osmanthus Flower into the boiled water, stir and close the lid for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, filter away the Osmanthus Flower, put in Rock Sugar, and heat with medium heat till all rock sugar has dissolved
- Pour in Gelatin Powder and stir well
- Pour in Goji and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes and pour into mould
- Keep chilled in fridge overnight, Jelly is ready to be consumed in the next day
