Umeshu Jelly Recipe


Ingredients

5g Powder gelatin

2 tsp Water 

100 ml Umeshu (Japanese plum wine)

300 ml Water

5 tsp Sugar


Method

1.      Soak the gelatin powder in 2 tsp water.

2.      In a small pan, put sugar,

Umeshu and remaining water to heat.

3.      Off the heat right before

boil, add gelatin to fully dissolve.

4.     Cool slightly and pour it into container and refrigerate till set.
