Ingredients

Dough

- 500g RedMan Pineapple Tart Mix Original

- 250g RedMan Unsalted Lactic Butter

- 4 Egg

- 1 pinch RedMan Himalayan Pink Salt


Filling

- 1kg RedMan Pineapple Paste Filling

Steps

1. Mix chilled butter, pineapple tart premix and salt in a bowl

2. Add in yolks and mix until the dough mixture is thoroughly combined

3. Roll the dough and pineapple filling into individual balls

4. 12g dough + 12g filling (can vary on preference)

5. Preheat oven to 200°C

6. Brush the top of the tarts with egg wash

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-25 minutes

8. Put in container
