Okinawa Butter Cookies Recipe


Ingredients

190g Cake Flour

1tsp Corn Starch

5 tsp Sanon-to (Granulated sugar)

7-8 tsp Vegetable Oil

2 Pinch Okinawa Blue Sea Sea Salt


Method

1.      Add all the dry ingredients together in the mixing bowl.

2.      Slowly add the oil into

mixture to make a paste.

3.      Shape into round or square about 1cm high.

4.      Bake in 180c oven for 25min.

5.      Cool it down before serving.
