Japanese Style Mixed Rice Recipe


Ingredients

3 cups Japanese white rice

1 Unagi Shoga

1 Unagi Gohan no moto Ready mix packet

2 Egg

1 bunch Mizuna leaves

Water as needed

Sesame Seeds as needed



Method

1.    Wash the rice in water.

2.      Place the washed rice in

the rice cooker with seasonings and cook.

3.      Fry the egg and cut thinly.

4.      Mix the Unagi Shoga into cooked rice, garnish with egg and Mizuna leaves.

5.      Add toasted sesame seed if desire.
