Goya Champuru Recipe


Ingredients

1pc Goya

1 tsp Salt

2 Egg

5 sliced Sliced pork belly

½ packet Shima Tofu

To taste White Pepper

As needed Bonito flakes

As needed Bonito Dashi Soup Stock


Method


1.      Mix sliced Goya with salt, leave it for 10-15 min, squeeze the juice out, rinse and set aside.

2.      Make a scrambled egg

without seasoning.

3.      Cut tofu into cubes, and

blanch in hot water, drained.

4.      Sauté sliced pork in the

pan, add drained Goya, tofu and scrambled egg.

5.      Season with salt, white

pepper and dashi powder to taste.

6.      Serve with bonito flakes.
