How to use
Brown sugar is used as a replacement of regular white sugar as the key ingredient in baking. It should be stirred in or dissolved as instructed according to your recipe's instructions.
Brown sugar is suitable for zucchini bread, rich chocolate cookies and even fruit cakes. It is sometimes also used as a direct alternative to regular white sugar due to its nutritional properties.
