Description
Mozzarella made using traditional methods and milk of the highest quality ensures a delicious ingredient for oven-baked dishes, above all as the perfect topping for pizza.
Its specially developed medal-like shape has been studied to give maximum surface area and ensure an easy melting that increases fusion during baking. This in turn gives a uniform covering of products while using minimum quantities. It is made either by squashing a mozzarella ball into a medal shape (mozzarella medallions) or by slicing a mozzarella log (mozzarella slices).
Also its format means it is also perfect in sandwich and salad recipes such as caprese.

Defrosting method:
Approx. 1 hour at room temperature (21˚C-22˚C)
Approx. 15 hours in refrigerator
Storage:
Store in a refrigerator in an airtight container. Even though
the product is microbiologically sound after 14 days, we
recommend it be consumed once thawed. Do not refreeze
once defrosted.
Other Information
The product can be used not only in "food preparation" (baking) techniques, but is also ideal when eaten as freesh product right after thawing. The product is fit for human consumption without need of cooking.
