This unique multigrain rice blend combines the nutty flavor of brown rice and the subtle earthiness of wild rice for a versatile and nutritious dish. Even better, this rice cooks up in no time: just bring 1 cup of mix, 1 3/4 cups water and 1/4 tsp salt to a boil over medium-high heat, cover, and simmer for 30-40 minutes (add up to 3/4 cup additional water if needed). Fluff with a fork and stir in a little olive oil, pilaf add-ins like nuts, golden raisins and green onions, and include a protein to make a one pot rice dish!
