Ingredient

  • RedMan Dried Osmanthus Flower 12g
  • RedMan Gelatin Fish Powder (200 bloom) 35g
  • Sunflower Rock Sugar 180g
  • Goji 7g
  • Water 1000g 

Directions

  1. Boil 1L of water, pour in Dried Osmanthus Flower into the boiled water, stir and close the lid for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes, filter away the Osmanthus Flower, put in Rock Sugar, and heat with medium heat till all rock sugar has dissolved
  3. Pour in Gelatin Powder and stir well
  4. Pour in Goji and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes and pour into mould
  5. Keep chilled in fridge overnight, Jelly is ready to be consumed in the next day
