Our whole hazelnuts are from Turkey and have been blanched to remove their skins. Hazelnuts are a good source of protein, are low in carbohydrates and are perfect for a gluten-free recipe. They are rich in antioxidants and are known for its many health benefits such as having anti-aging properties and minimizing the risk of heart diseases. This product is available in 100g, 250g and 1kg packs.

Hazelnuts are nutritious and rich in calories, fat, fibre and vitamins like vitamin B, thiamin, vitamin E, manganese, magnesium, copper and omega-3 fatty acids. As hazelnut skins have a bitter taste, most recipes involve the use of blanched hazelnuts instead of regular hazelnuts. These whole hazelnuts have a crispy texture and add a nice crunch to the end product. They have a sweet taste and a distinct nutty flavour. Our hazelnuts do not contain any preservatives, additives or added salt. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

How to use

They can also be chopped or used as sweet and savoury topping options for salads, cereal, yoghurt or ice cream. Whole hazelnuts can be used to add some crunch to cookies, and can also be ground to substitute plain flour in batter mixes. They also work well to coat meat like fish or chicken.
