High quality wheat from Italy is used in the process of manufacturing our Fresca & Gnocchi pasta flour. Through a slow grinding of the wheat, the flour is very soft and remains highly nutritious. This is also a great addition to your mix for a polished and consistent dough texture. The cooked dough is light and tasty, melting in your mouth with every bite. This product should be stored in a cool and dry place.

How to use

Our Fresca & Gnocchi pasta flour should be mixed into your dough or product as instructed in the recipe. For even better consistency, a laminator or pasta machine can be used to roll the dough flat.

Suggested Recipes

Some recipes this flour can be used for include Pasta fresca e gnocchi and crispy thin pizza crusts. For some adventure, this can also be used in chinese rice cakes that are sometimes known as "rice gnocchi".


Our semolina flour is an alternative to this product.
