REDMAN FRESCA & GNOCCHI PASTA FLOUR 1KG

This is also a great addition to your mix for a polished and consistent dough texture. The cooked dough is light and tasty, melting in your mouth with every bite. This product should be stored in a cool and dry place.
How to use
Our Fresca & Gnocchi pasta flour should be mixed into your dough or product as instructed in the recipe. For even better consistency, a laminator or pasta machine can be used to roll the dough flat.
Some recipes this flour can be used for include Pasta fresca e gnocchi and crispy thin pizza crusts. For some adventure, this can also be used in chinese rice cakes that are sometimes known as "rice gnocchi".
