Our Redman Cream Caramel Pudding Powder is designed by a former hotel chef. Made in Singapore, this premix is a delicious blend of sugar, thickener and caramle and vanilla flavours, amongst other ingredients. Store in a cool, dry place.
How to Use
A 100g packet yields 5 100ml cups of pudding. Boil 1 litre of UHT milk. Stir constantly to prevent foaming. Mix 100g of this premix to the milk while stirring slowly. Continue stiring to prevent foaming, until the mixture boils. Fill cup/bowl with Conutsu Topping Sauce (or Gula Melaka Sauce). Pour this mixture gently into these cups or bowls. Refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours. Serve cold with a topping of Conutsu Sauce instead of caramel syrup.
