Good quality cocoa powder!

Bought this to make the fudgiest brownies ever! The powder was fine and of good quality. Easy to work with and did not clump up (like with Van Houten or Hershey's cocoa powders) Like the description said, cocoa powder is less bitter than cacao powder so you do not need to add as much sugar and your baked products taste naturally sweet!
