Ingredient (Dough)
- Unsalted Butter 60gm
- Icing Sugar 15gm
- Sea Salt 1gm
- Yolk Egg 8gm
- Milk Powder 6gm
- Plain Flour 85gm
- Sweetened Creamer 10gm
- Parmesan Cheese Powder 3gm
Ingredient (Paste)
- Pineapple Paste AAA 190gm
- Unsalted Butter 20gm
Directions
- Sieve the icing sugar, then add in 60g of Unsalted Butter and Sea Salt to a mixing bowl and mix
- Add in Egg Yolks and mix well
- Add in Sweetened Creamer and mix well
- Add in Milk Powder, Plain Flour and Parmesan Cheese Powder in a separate mixing bowl and mix well
- Add the powder mixture into the Butter-Yolk mixture, and mix well
- Let the dough mixture rest for 30 minutes before separating them into 25 portions and roll them into balls and flatten them
- Mix Pineapple Paste with Unsalted Butter, then separate them into portions of 35g, wrap them with dough
- Make sure the dough fully covers the pineapple paste mixture, roll into balls and place into Mould and flatten it with palm to ensure the mould is fully filled
- Pre-heat oven to 170°C, bake for 15 minutes. Flip the dough and bake for another 10 minutes
