Organic instant white quinoa powder made from 100% organic quinoa, this instant quinoa powder (gelatinised) does not require any cooking and is easily absorbed by the body. Quinoa grains are cooked and extruded to break complex starch bonds found in quinoa into simpler molecules that allows for easier absorption. Extruded grains are then dried and ground to give instant quinoa powder. Suggested use: ideal for use in protein shakes and smoothies. Simply add up to 2 tablespoons into your blender together with other ingredients such as milk, frozen fruits and honey. Blend well and serve. May also be used in soups, stews and baking recipes.
