The cute "mushroom"-shaped bread is like a fairy tale. The fermented dough is baked, and the softness affects the bite. The chocolate aroma exudes between the bites. The irregular cracks on the surface are like the magical power of mushrooms. Let the taste be fully satisfied.

Nowadays, when talking about pastries, most people will think of Western pastries. All kinds of cream cakes are indeed the favorite of many people. Chinese pastries originated earlier than foreign countries and were very popular in ancient times. Especially in some palaces, pastries can be seen everywhere, even occupying a place in the "Man-Han Banquet". Chinese pastries are antique, have the mood and romance of traditional classical life, are full of passion and mystery, and are like a "flavored world" living in the four seasons.

At RedMan Baking Studio, our chefs are constantly coming up with new and creative ways to delight our Baking Studio customers. All recipes are developed in-house from the years of experience of our chefs. You'll often find that our recipes are unrivaled in uniqueness, incorporating flavors and techniques from many different cultures. Every class is filled with passion and our chefs take the time to make sure everyone learns and takes home a delicious dish!
