Ingredients

Unsalted Butter - 250g

All Purpose Flour -350g

Powdered Cheese - 50g

Skimmed Milk Powder - 50g

Icing Sugar - 50g

Egg -2 

Pineapple Paste-1

Egg Wash

Fine Sugar - 1 tsp

Egg - 1  

 

Preparation

1) Thaw and cube 250g of Unsalted Butter, Cream with 50g of Icing Sugar

2) Pour Egg Yolk 1 by 1 and cream, followed by 1 Egg White

3) Sift Flour, Powdered Cheese and Skimmed Milk Powder and mix well, divide the mixture into 4 portions

4) Pour the Flour-Cheese-Milk Mixture into the Batter gradually, mix at low speed until Batter forms a cream texture

5) Roll Pineapple Paste into balls, and wrap with Batter

6) Brush Egg Wash evenly on Pineapple Tarts

7) Pre-Heat Oven to 180degrees, before baking for 15 to 20mins
