In Sierra de Barbellido we are Extremadura by tradition and birth, Extremadura by vocation, Extremadura by obligation, Extremadura is our home, that of our centenary pastures and that of our Iberian pigs. We are traditional Iberian farmers in Extremadura, in 2001 we made a commitment to the future by Sierra de Barbellido, with the aim of offering the natural aroma and flavor of our Iberian products directly to the consumer, complying with strict traceability throughout the process. We are specialized in the artisan production of selected hams and sausages, from Iberian pigs fed in the field with natural pastures, feed made with cereals or with acorns from the pasture of Extremadura. Our quality standards and careful artisanal elaboration, transferred from generations, favor the preservation of the natural aromas and flavors of all our Iberian products.
